First up at parkrun we had Gavin (22:58), Marc (23:34), Michael (23:42), and Gail (40:55) at Avondale while Gareth (26:40), and Adrian (30:23) were at Gorey.
Huge well done to Stan who took on the IMRA Maurice Mullins 50k race finishing in a fantastic time of (5:20).
Huge congratulations to Eoghan who competed in the National Indoor Championships in Athlone running a fantastic 800m race in 2:10 taking an amazing 8 seconds off his Leinsters time (2:18). Although outside the medals this time, it was a performance to be very proud of competing with the best in the country. Well done Eoghan.
Well done to Harry, Sienna, and Ellie who all completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun.
