Saturday was parkrun time where Tommy (23:55), Layla (24:43), John C (23:52), Korrina (26:12), Libby (26:21), Susan (29:18), Eimear (38:18), Aoife (38:24) with Toni on the volunteer roster. Gareth (31:59) traveled to Castlewellan parkrun.
Slawek and Stan enjoyed a 26.2 mile run along the Wicklow Way. Well done lads!
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Beth, Ethan, Harper, Libby, Maebh, and Tommy. Thanks to the volunteer roster of Slawek, Korrina, Zydrune, Jacqueline, Tiernan, Fiona, Gail, Aoife, Eimear, Geraldine, and Aimee.
Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm meeting at Shelton Abbey. The exact meeting point will be sent out.
