Weekly Roundup August 10th
First up on this week’s roundup was Imogen at IMRA Lug Uphill race finishing in 1:09:14 on Friday.
Elaine earned a new PB of (22:35) at the South East Greenway United Striders 5k along with Clare in (24:02). Well done ladies!
At Avondale parkrun we had Eoghan (18:45), Kevin (21:28), Michael (23:38), Gavin (27:38), Marc (27:39), Mollie (29:42), and Susan (38:33) while Philip (26:25), and Adrian (26:57), and Gareth (27:42) were at Gorey.
Clare was at the Athy 10k on Sunday and finished in (50:22). Well done Clare!
