On Saturday, Michael (26:06), Rowan (28:08), Clair (28:08), Jannette (29:50), and Gavin (40:35) were at Avondale. Gareth travelled to Italy for the beautiful but challenging Etna parkrun, finishing in (29:46).

Denny took a trip to Kerry for the Jerry Kiernan Tralee 10k finishing in (56:56).

Elaine clocked up another PB of (1:49) at the Charleville Half Marathon. Well done Elaine!

Gary and Cormac took on the Ratoath Half Marathon with Gary finishing in (1:22) and Cormac in (1:24). Well done lads!
