It was a mixed bag on the weather front this weekend! The Saturday morning crew were out as usual clocking up miles around the town. We had a variety of parkrun action with everyone putting in great performances.
Our Juveniles Tommy (27:16) and Libby (27:34) were at Gorey while Melissa (27:51), Carmel (30:28), Geraldine (30:32), Adam (34:31), and Michael (34:31) completed the Avondale Forest course. Gareth headed to Ballinamore Greenway parkrun finishing in (34:30).
Also on Saturday Carol took on the Lakeshore Striders 10k in Blessington finishing 3rd in her age category in 53:42, well done Carol!
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Ella, Ethan F, Harper, Juliet, Layla, Liam, Mollie, Oliver & Ruairi.

Juvenile Training continues on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. Adult training is at the track at 7pm on Tuesday.
