Saturday morning was parkrun time with Tina (35:40) and at Avondale. Cormac was first over the line in Gorey in (18:46). Gareth travelled to the Netherlands to finish the Amsterdamse Bos parkrun in (29:51).
Next we had a strong field of runners taking on the Ecotrail race across all of the 19k, 30k, 46k and 80k distances. Conditions were wet, windy and less than ideal but congratulations to everyone who put in fantastic performances below.

On Sunday our Juveniles took part in the Wicklow Cross Country event in Tinahely. Well done to Harper, Eoghan, Georgia, Mollie, Libby, Tommy, Maebh, Juliet, Ethan, Beth, Ruairi, Kornelia, Ben and Chloe on brilliant performances in their respective categories.
Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm meeting at Elavon.
Juvenile training continues on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
