Kicking off the weekly roundup at Avondale Forest parkrun we had our juveniles Tommy (24:53) & Libby (27:10) finishing in superb positions among a large field of participants. Gareth traveled to the Netherlands to complete the Zuiderpark parkrun in (31:16).
Carol took part in the 2022 Moonlight Challenge in aid of Glen of Imaal Mountain Rescue covering 15 miles over the Wicklow mountains by the light of the moon.
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to our club Juveniles – Abbie, Adam, Aoife, Beth, Bronagh, Chloe, Ella, Ethan H, Harper, Jude, Klaudia, Libby, Millie, Oliver, Ruairi, Senan & Tommy.
St.Annes Park was the venue for the 2022 Polish Independence Run. Well done to Stan who finished in 10th place with a time of (40:55), Layla who was 1st Juvenile & 9th female overall in (50:02), Susan in (1:04) with son Leo completing with the help of the Polish runners team.
Juvenile training continues on Monday & Wednesday at 7pm. Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm.
