The week’s action started with Cormac earning a new 5k PB of (17:41) at Run In The Dark on Wednesday.

On Saturday at parkrun we had Carmel (27:25) at Gorey, while a crew of Tiernan (20:34), Sean (22:20), Fiona (24:20), Jacqueline (26:08), Tommy (26:51), Ethan F (28:06), Beth (28:14), Matthew (28:59), Donna (30:31), Jannette (30:39), Geraldine (30:42), Cuán (30:54), Kathleen (30:59), Gail and (33:17) were at Avondale and enjoyed chats and photos with special guest David Gillick. Denny (26:27) was at Crawfordsburn parkrun while Gareth (26:42) travelled to Wales for the Y Promenâd parkrun.

Carol completed the Moonlight Challenge in Glendalough while Susan was also out on the hills finishing the Run The Line short course in (1:50:29).

Huge congratulations to Bronagh who took part in the National Cross Country Championships as part of Team Wicklow on a very tough course. Well done Bronagh on a great achievement!

Well done to Oliver, Devon, Libby, Izaac, Maebh, Cuán, Florence, Millie, Evie, and Lily-May who all completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun on Sunday.
