Weekly Roundup March 19th
Our roundup began with our Club Takeover at Avondale parkrun where we had a large number of members filling the volunteer roster along with both Senior and Juvenile members running in the morning. Well done to everyone on a very enjoyable morning.

Cormac travelled to Spain for the Barcelona Marathon where he earned a huge PB of (2:59:30). Well done and congratulations on an amazing result after a lot of hard training.
On Sunday we had a group taking on the Askanagap Hill IMRA Race. Well done to Imogen on the Long Course (57:28 6th Female), and Tiernan M (34:50), Mollie (48:46), Florence (49:11), and Susan (52:11) who took on the Short Course.
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Elliot, Rowan, Maebh, Georgia K, Robyn K, Grace, Harper and Lily-May who received her Marathon wristband. Huge congratulations to Gareth who celebrated his 400th parkrun volunteering role.
Monday was St.Patrick’s Day where we were delighted to have so many Juvenile Members marching in the parade representing the club. Well done to everyone and thanks to the Coaches who assisted in organising.
