Next we want to give a huge congratulations and well done to everyone who took part in the Bray runners Invitational track and field in Greystones. It was a glorious night. We took home quite a few medals across the age groups.

This brings to an end our track and field season. Well done everyone. It was a fantastic season for the club.

Next at Gorey parkrun we had Gareth (25:47), Clare (26:17), and Philip (27:43) while Oliver (22:18), and Marc (24:19) were at Avondale.

Some of our Juveniles were in action representing Arklow at the County Community Games finals in Shilelagh. Well done to Mollie, Ethan, Grace who made it through to the final of the U8 80m, Georgia placed 6th in the ball throw, Libby finished 4th in the 600m. Eoghan took 1st place in the U16 1500m and will go on to represent Wicklow in Nationals. Ethan and Eoghan made up half of the Arklow U16 mixed relay who had an amazing run finishing 1st and will go on to the National finals in Carlow in August. Elliot took part in the County Wexford finals and made it to the U10 100m final along with finishing 2nd in the U10 mixed relay. Well done everyone!

Well done to Elaine who earned a PB of (49:31) at the Dunshaughlin 10k on Saturday evening!

Gavin travelled to Waterford for the Viking Marathon finishing in (4:35) with Clare taking on the quarter marathon in (56:30). Huge well done to both of you!

Well done to Oliver, Elliot, Rowan, Cúan, Robyn, and Harper who completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun.
