Saturday morning was parkrun time where we had Layla (23:50), Susan (29:11), Ella (31:15), & Oliver (32:16) at Avondale. Philip was at Gorey (27:08) while Gareth (31:14) travelled to Cootehill in Cavan.
Portumna Forest was the setting for Gary to not only secure a sub 3 hour PB of 2:58 but also a 3rd place finish. Huge congratulations to Gary on a huge achievement following months of hard work and dedication.
Imogen took part in the Wicklow Way Relay completing the 8th and final leg with her team finishing in a brilliant 7th place. Well done Imogen!
Korrina travelled to take on the Kilkenny 10 Mile Marker Run in 1:33. Well done Korrina!
Tiernan finished the Irish Runner 5 mile Championship in the Phoenix Park with a fantastic time of 33:18. Well done Tiernan!
Junior parkrun returned to the Duckpond on Sunday morning. Well done to Harper, Libby, Maebh, Millie & Tommy.

Juvenile Training takes place on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm meeting at the track.
