The action began on Wednesday with the ladies taking on the IMRA Trooperstown Hill race. Well done to Layla (34:53) who finished as 1st Juvenile F14 and to Mollie (50:20) and Susan (50:22). This was the final race in the Leinster League with Layla finishing as overall winner of the F14 Category. Well done ladies!
On Saturday morning Gail (27:02) was at Avondale parkrun while Harper completed Gorey with Geraldine on the volunteer roster. Gareth (31:10) travelled to Naas parkrun.
Slawek, Marc, Gary and David enjoyed some mountainous miles around Glendalough.
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Abbie, Harper, Libby, Maebh, and Tommy. Thanks to the volunteer roster of Slawek, Korrina, Zydrune, Gail, Donna, Philip, Geraldine and Aimee.
Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm meeting at Shelton Abbey. Exact meeting point will be sent out.
