It was a quiet weekend with lots on holidays and others focused on training runs. It’s that time of year when members are looking ahead to the Marathon series events including the 10 mile, Half Marathon and Full marathon. We also have a group taking part in the Eco trail. Well done to Gareth who was in Kilkenny parkrun completing in 31.42 and Caoimhe was in Ballincollig with a pb time of 29.58.
On Sunday, Baileigh, Harper, Libby, Madison and Tommy were at junior parkrun along with volunteers Aimee, Aoife, Donna, Justin, Slawek.
Our Tuesday night session moves off the track for a 4 week hill block. Juvenile training remains on summer break.
