The action began on Wednesday with the ladies taking on the IMRA Crone Caper race. Well done to Imogen who had a fantastic 3rd place ladies finish on the 10.5k course in (1:11) with John C (1:23) and Aoife in (1:34). On the short course Layla finished as 2nd place juvenile female in (37:37) along with Susan (1:03) and Mollie (1:03) in her trail race debut! Well done everyone.
On Saturday morning Gareth (31:29) travelled to Stockley Country parkrun in London.
Slawek and Aoife enjoyed some mountainous miles along St.Kevins Way in Glendalough.
Stan took part in the 25km Jurathlon in Poland and finished in 10th place in (2:02). Well done Stan!
On Sunday the Athletics Ireland National 10 Mile Championship took place in the Phoenix Park. Well done to Cormac (1:04:35 PB), Tiernan (1:09:17 PB) and Jacqueline (1:20:54 PB).
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Abbie, Ethan, Harper, Libby, Millie, and Tommy. Thanks to the volunteer roster of Slawek, Korrina, Zydrune, Fiona, Carmel, Aoife, Eimear, Geraldine, Harper and Aimee.
Senior training takes place on Tuesday at 7pm meeting at the running track.
