Weekly Roundup January 28th

First up on Saturday at Avondale parkrun we had Eoghan (18:57), Gavin (24:14), Clare (26:30), Pat (26:57), Marc (32:32), and Susan (37:15) while Elliot (20:43), Sean (25:00), Matthew (26:24), Gareth (27:07), Rowan (27:20), Clair (29:29), and Philip (29:32) were at Gorey.

Next up on Sunday it was the Raheny 5 Mile. First up was Mollie who had a fantastic run to finish in 4th place in the 8-12 800m race. In the main race and in his final appearance in the SBIM vest was Cormac (29:24 PB), Michael (35:07), and Elaine (41:39). Well done everyone!

Our Tuesday training sessions for Adults are continuing at 7pm meeting at the track. We have been delighted with the great turnout over the last few weeks. If you are interested in coming along just send us a message!
