First up on New Year’s Day it was the popular MJ Bolton Memorial Run in Avondale. Well done to Izzy (7:20), and Molly (8:11) who took part in the 1 Mile Juvenile race. In the 5k race we had Slawek (21:33), Marc (24:43), Donna (30:37), Susan (33:31).

Gareth travelled to Carlow parkrun finishing in (26:12), and then Tullow parkrun on Saturday in (25:53). Slawek (26:04), and Sean (22:33) were at Gorey parkrun.
