First up on Friday was Round 3 of the Juvenile League which took place in Shillelagh. Well done to everyone below who put in great performances on the day!

On Saturday Stan (19:18) was at Gorey parkrun while Sean (23:01), Gareth (26:48), and Stephanie (29:34) were at Avondale.

Well done to Oliver, Maebh, Cuan, and Lily-May who all completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun on Sunday. 

This Saturday 18th is our Club Run which will be Avondale parkrun. We hope to see you all there!
