Weekly Roundup February 6th

First up on Saturday at Avondale parkrun we had Eoghan (18:39), Gavin (23:40), Michael (24:13), Pat (26:34), Marc (30:19), and Susan (37:05) who celebrated her 50th parkrun.

Meanwhile Ethan H (20:37), Tiernan (20:40), Izzy (23:31), Beth (24:41), Jacqueline (24:42), Gareth (27:09), and Philip (29:08) were at Gorey.

Ross headed to Dungarvan to take on the John Treacy 10 Mile race finishing in (1:17). Well done Ross!

Josh represented his school in the Inter-Schools athletes competition in the National Indoor arena in Blanchardstown and took home a silver medal. Well done Josh!

Our Tuesday training sessions for Adults are continuing at 7pm meeting at the track. We have been delighted with the great turnout over the last few weeks. If you are interested in coming along just send us a message!
