It’s SBIM Weekly Roundup Time! The Saturday morning
crew set off in wet conditions at 9am completing various distances around the town and beyond. Slawek, Kevin, Jacqueline & Aoife enjoyed 9 miles on the trails in Roundwood.
Gareth ticked another parkrun off the list by completing Borrissokane in Tipperary in parkrun in (29:08).
Unfortunately the weather conditions resulted in no Junior parkrun on Sunday morning but we hope to be back next week!
Our next Club Run is the Gorey Night Run on February 24th.
Senior training continues at 7pm on Tuesday meeting at the track. If you are interested in Adult membership drop us a message and arrange to come and have a chat with us! Juvenile training contines as normal on Monday & Wednesday at 7pm.
