The Saturday morning crew were out as usual in some warm weather clocking up miles around the town. Aoife, Jacqueline & Marc headed to Glendalough for some EcoTrail training.
Cormac crossed the line at Shanganagh parkrun in 20:01. Justin (29:01 & Donna (30:43) took part in the Progression parkrun in Mountjoy with Gareth volunteering.
Susan (33:35) & Layla (24:59) were part of the huge crowd for the return of Avondale Forest parkrun.
Meanwhile, at Gorey, Caoimhe finished in (29:05) while our Juveniles Tommy (30:48) & Libby (31:02) both had fantastic runs.
Sunday was Junior parkrun time. Well done to Adam, Baileigh, Beth, Ella, Ethan F, Ethan H, Harper, Layla, Madison, Millie, Mollie, Ollie & Ruairi.

Juvenile Training continues on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. Adult training is at the track at 7pm on Tuesday.
