On Sunday the Juveniles were in action at Arklow Duck Pond junior parkrun on a scorching hot morning. Well done to Adam, Baileigh, Beibhinn, Ruairi, Harper, Layla, Libby, Madison & Tommy.

Senior training continues with a hills session on Tuesday at 7pm again this week. Juvenile training returns Monday 22nd August.
