It’s SBIM Weekly Roundup Time!
On Friday Kevin took to the start line at St. James Gate at midday for the Dublin to Belfast 107 mile Ultra Race. Competitors had 30 hours to complete the distance with strict cut-off times. Well done to Kevin who unfortunately did not make the final cut offs but still managed to complete 78 miles in just over 22 hours.
At Gorey parkrun we had Gian (21:24) and Carmel (26:31) with Geraldine helping out on the volunteer roster. Gareth took on Porch Field parkrun in Meath in a time of (28:54).
On Sunday Derek headed accross the water to take on the Manchester Marathon. Months of solid training saw Derek finish with an impressive time of (3:31). Well done Derek!
Denny braved the cold water to complete a ‘Dip in the Nip’ in aid of Wicklow Hospice. Well done Denny!
Nine of our Juveniles completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun on Sunday morning. Well done to Adam, Aaron, Baileigh, Beth, Ethan, Harper, Libby, Madison & Tommy.

Juvenile Training continues on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
