First up on Wednesday Aoife (1:01), Susan (1:08) took on the IMRA Scalp 7k race with Layla finishing in 3rd place and first female on the short course. Well done ladies!
Saturday morning saw a group head to Shanganagh parkrun. Well done to Cormac (18:25), Layla (1st female), Aoife (24:38), Teresa (27:32), Susan (27:36), Carmel (27:48), Geraldine (28:15).
Stan (20:29), Gail (31:11) and Maebh were at Avondale while Gareth (29:59) was at Castletown parkrun.
On Sunday Gary had a superb run at the Royal Canal Longford Half Marathon finishing in 2nd place with a time of 1:20:16. Well done Gary on a fantastic result!
Also on Sunday was the popular Wexford 10k and Half Marathon. It was great to see such a strong turnout from the club with the green vests on show. Well done to everyone on fantastic performances!
