It’s SBIM Weekly Roundup Time!
On Saturday we had Slawek take on Avondale Forest parkrun in (25:55) while Gareth completed Deerpark Forest parkrun in (31:58).
Aoife conquered the mighty Carrauntoohill Mountain over the weekend.
Twelve of our Juveniles completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun on Sunday morning. Well done to Adam, Alfie, Ben, Beibhinn, Layla, Libby, Madison, Mollie, Oscar, Ruairi, Sadhbh, Saoirse & Tommy.
Thanks also to the volunteer roster of Aimee, Alison, Ann, Donna, Geraldine, Gian, Justin, Kevin, Michael, Slawek, Susan & Zydrune. Well done also to Gareth who was on the roster for Heritage Junior parkrun in Wexford. We rely on the generosity of volunteers to enable the Junior parkrun to take place so please do get in touch if you can spare some time it really is appreciated!

Juvenile Training reamins on a break and will resume on Monday 25th April. Senior training continues at 7pm on Tuesday meeting at the track.
