St. Benedict Inbhear Mor AC has been the official Athletics Club for Arklow since 2016. The club began as Inbhear Mor AC and then merged with the Juvenile club St. Benedicts which has been in operation in Arklow since the 1960’s. This led to the formation of one club, known today as St. Benedict Inbhear Mor AC.
We cater for all levels and abilities with over 160 members ranging in age from 6 to over 65. Our club members regularly take part in Parkrun’s both locally, nationally and across Europe. Over the years we have seen success with our Juvenile and Senior members at local, regional, county, and national levels.
Our Committee is made up of volunteer members from the club who give up their time to ensure that the club is run to the best of its abilities and keeps with our values.
