Denny kicked off the week’s roundup on Wednesday by finishing the All Army Cosantoir 10k in (53:22). Well done Denny!

On Saturday Eoghan (20:22), Maebh (28:44), Mollie (28:49), Cúan (28:52), and Gail (31:26) were at Avondale parkrun. Gareth completed the Griffeen parkrun in (28:09).

Well done to Eoghan, Georgia, Harper, Maebh, Cúan, Robyn, Georgia K, Pippa, Florence, Millie, and Abbie who all completed the Duckpond Junior parkrun.
