At Avondale parkrun we had Ethan H (22:41), Tiernan (22:42), Michael (23:47), Beth (27:39), Jacqueline (27:39), Gavin (27:43), and Gail (40:22).

Gareth took on Dungloe parkrun (32:24) on New Years Day followed by Glengarriff (30:05) on Saturday 3rd.

Carol was at the sunny Stones Corner parkrun in Brisbane Australia finishing in (27:45).

We had several members take on the MJ Bolton Memorial Race in Avondale. Well done to Eoghan who finished in 4th place and 1st Male U18 in the 5k with a time of (18:12) followed by Slawek (22:40), Denny (31:47), and Pat (31:48). In the Juvenile 1 mile race Elliot (5:42) finished in 5th place followed by Mollie (6:54), Rowan (7:00), Maebh (7:03), Cuan (7:07), and Georgia (7:57). Well done everyone on fantastic running.

Elaine took on the Ferrycarrig 5 mile finishing in a time of (39:24). Well done Elaine!
