On Saturday, Tommy (22:30), Libby (25:22), Korrina (25:29), Matthew (25:50), Sean, and Philip (28:58) were at Gorey parkrun. Gareth travelled to Germany and managed to fit in two parkruns at Schwanenteich (26:13) on Friday and Naturlehrpfad (26:49) on Saturday.

Well done to Ludo, who completed the Kosice Half Marathon with a PB of (1:59)

All roads led to Tinahely on Sunday for the Wicklow Even Ages & Novice Cross Country Championships. Well done to everyone who ran fantastically in their age categories on a tough, windy course. We were delighted to be awarded team medals in several categories. Thanks to the club coaches for organising and to everyone supporting on the day.
