On Saturday, Philip (28:19) was at Gorey parkrun while Gareth (26:24) was at Avondale.

Also on Saturday were the Wicklow 10k Off-Road Championships. Well done to Stan (46:09), Gary (48:14), and Slawek (50:34), who won Gold in the M35 category. Stan was 1st M50 while Gary was 2nd in M45, with Kevin also finishing in (53:13). Gavin took on the 30k race and finished in (3:13). In the Juvenile 3k race, we had Eoghan finishing 1st in (12:19), Tiernan (14:52 7th MJ), and Mollie (19:05 9th FJ). Well done everyone on fantastic results!

Adrian headed to Dublin for the Frank Duffy 10 Mile and finished in (1:38). Well done Adrian!

Elaine earned a new PB of (1:24) at the St Cocas AC Kilcock 10 Mile race. Congratulations Elaine!
