Weekly Roundup July 16th
On Saturday Adrian (25:04), Clare (28:55), were at Gorey parkrun while Sean (24:48), and Matthew (26:13) were at Avondale. Gareth completed the Progression parkrun in Mountjoy prison in (24:48).
Sunday was the Fingal 10k where Cormac earned a new PB of (37:28), with Adrian finishing in (53:38). Well done lads!
Also on Sunday was the Never Give Up 5k and 10k race in Inch. Well done to everyone below on some great results in some extremely challenging heat. Thanks also to the club volunteers who helped out on the day!
