First up at Avondale parkrun we had Libby (25:37), and Korrina (27:22) while Adrian (24:19), and Matthew (26:35) were at Gorey. Gareth (24:50) travelled to Midleton Greenway parkrun.

On Sunday it was time for the Wicklow Masters Cross Country Championships in Shanganagh Park. Well done to both our Male and Female teams below who put in great performances and came home with some medals to show for it!
